1. Visitors to the Site without passwords

We may collect hold, use and disclose (“process”) personal data from visitors who obtain a password to log onto the site. In the normal course of servicing a customer’s account, Eaton Vance may share information with unaffiliated third parties, including outside of the EU, that perform various required services such as transfer agents, custodians and broker/dealers.
